As Executive Director, Jessica leads with vision, integrity, and a relentless dedication to children’s well-being. With over a decade of experience in child advocacy and community development, she ensures every decision reflects our core values and our promise to families.
Michael Green (Male) – Program Director
Michael oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of all programs. His background in education and counseling, combined with his passion for equity, allows him to create supportive, innovative environments where every child can succeed.
Ashley Williams (Female) – Family Engagement Coordinator
Ashley bridges the gap between families and resources, offering guidance, support, and a welcoming presence. Her empathetic approach empowers parents and children alike to seek help, overcome challenges, and celebrate milestones together.
